Speak with Baron Revilgaz in Booty Bay.
I'm afraid I can't be of much more help to you, adventurer. If you'd like to follow up on it more, I'd suggest you go hit up the Baron himself. If there's anyone who knows Revilgaz's business, it's Revilgaz.
You'll find him at the tavern across the harbor, top floor.

Oh, sure of course I know what you're talking about. Nope, can't help you though. Some of my men were supposed to go track down the blueprints for the fuel regulator, but they came back empty-handed.

Quest data is exported from the world database of the Elwynn realm at WoW patch 1.12. Texts are shown as the world data stores them, with the game placeholders resolved to their neutral form. Spell names are resolved; their effect descriptions are not, because the world data writes them with client placeholders. Where a questgiver stands is on their NPC page, read from the server’s terrain grid. The export also carries this quest in DE, ES, FR, RU; this build publishes English only.
