The Platinum Discs
Take the miniature version of the Discs of Norgannon to the Explorers' League in Ironforge.
Touching the Discs of Norgannon once again makes your hand tingle. This time, however, a strange grinding noise is heard from inside the discs.
Your backpack suddenly becomes heavier than it was before. Inside, you discover a miniature version of the discs!
No doubt, an item of this sort would be invaluable for someone interested in the ancient history of Azeroth. The Explorers' League in Ironforge is such a group, known throughout the Alliance; perhaps they can make good use of it.

What do you have there... oh my. You found this where?
No, really?
You spoke to whom about what?
NO, REALLY?!
My fine adventurer, you may have just made the archaeological find of the year! By the Gods who am I kidding, the find of the century! If these discs are what I think them to be, then this could be the very key we have been looking for! This may well prove outright once and for all the legitimacy of the Dwarves' enchanted creation!

Quest data is exported from the world database of the Elwynn realm at WoW patch 1.12. Texts are shown as the world data stores them, with the game placeholders resolved to their neutral form. Spell names are resolved; their effect descriptions are not, because the world data writes them with client placeholders. Where a questgiver stands is on their NPC page, read from the server’s terrain grid. The export also carries this quest in DE, ES, FR, RU; this build publishes English only.
