General Drakkisath's Command
Take General Drakkisath's Command to Marshal Maxwell in Burning Steppes.
From the corpse of the defeated serpent you uncover what appears to be a note of some importance: A letter from his superior, General Drakkisath, concerning protocol.
Your instinct tells you that you should take it to Marshal Maxwell.

Quest data is exported from the world database of the Elwynn realm at WoW patch 1.12. Texts are shown as the world data stores them, with the game placeholders resolved to their neutral form. Spell names are resolved; their effect descriptions are not, because the world data writes them with client placeholders. Where a questgiver stands is on their NPC page, read from the server’s terrain grid. The export also carries this quest in DE, ES, FR, RU; this build publishes English only.
