Travel into Frostwolf territory and slay Commander Louis Philips. Return to Commander Karl Philips when the task is complete.
He must be put out of his misery, soldier! He knows not what he does. He has become a mindless servant of the dreaded Banshee Queen.
Venture forth, across the Field of Strife, to the depths of Frostwolf territory. Find my brother and destroy him. His torment must come to an end.

Quest data is exported from the world database of the Elwynn realm at WoW patch 1.12. Texts are shown as the world data stores them, with the game placeholders resolved to their neutral form. Spell names are resolved; their effect descriptions are not, because the world data writes them with client placeholders. Where a questgiver stands is on their NPC page, read from the server’s terrain grid. The export also carries this quest in DE, ES, FR, RU; this build publishes English only.
